we offer competitive industry pay with a base hourly rate and travel stipend where we pay $30-40hr. All of our staff are employees and accrue . Starting in 2026 we will be offering a SIMPLE IRA with retirement matching contributions. Please see IRS restrictions for plan eligibility.
We have Paid Sick Leave that will accrue hourly at 1 hour per 30 hours worked. Our jobs involve commuting to families in the Fremont, Newark, and Union City areas with an average 15min commute time. Tutors are expected to be able to work atleast two weekdays and one weekend morning as a minimum. The job is intended to be for after work hours and should be able to accommodate applicants who are already working full time elsewhere. Most in demand hours are weekdays Monday-Thursday 5-830PM, Sat, Sun 9AM-2PM. We offer English, Math, essay writing, science, standardized test support where the more subjects you can teach the more families you can get matched with.
