Savings compare each package with the same number of single sessions. Savings are the same for in-home and online tutoring. AP and competition math do not have a four-hour package.
Standard subjects
Elementary and middle school math, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Precalculus, Statistics, non-AP Calculus, reading, writing, essays, and general biology, chemistry, and physics.
AP and competition subjects
AP Calculus AB and BC, AP Physics 1, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Literature, and competition math: AMC, Math Kangaroo, and Math Olympiad.
Getting started
Meet your tutor before buying a package
The assessment is your student’s first paid class. We identify learning needs, introduce the tutor, and use the final 10–15 minutes to discuss our findings and a proposed study plan with your family.

When your family purchases a package after the assessment, we add one bonus hour for a free class. The assessment fee is paid separately. If you decide not to purchase a package, you pay only for the assessment already completed.
If the first tutor isn’t the right fit, your family can have a free second assessment with a different tutor to compare and choose the right match.
A new subject requires its own assessment. Two siblings may share an in-home assessment, with teaching time split between them.

Two siblings in one session
For different subjects or grade levels, the second child pays half the applicable hourly rate. For the same subject and grade level, the second child adds $15 per hour.

These sibling rates apply to two children in standard in-home tutoring. They do not apply to AP, competition math, or online classes. Contact us about three or more children.
Payment
Paying for a one-on-one package
We accept Zelle on every plan and bank ACH transfer on 30- and 50-hour packages. We do not accept credit cards. Package payment is due before its first session.
A 50-hour package can be split into two installments for a single $75 fee.

Online AP group classes
Study AP science with our lead tutor, Berke
We schedule online group classes for AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics 1, led by Berke Sahbazoglu. Classes meet once a week for 90 minutes and follow the Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) school calendar.

Your monthly tuition depends on how many classes are scheduled while FUSD schools are open.
No tuition is charged for classes that fall on FUSD school closures. Families starting mid-month pay only for the remaining scheduled classes.

Rescheduling and missed sessions
Schedule changes
Give 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel a private session and the hour returns to your account. For illness, give 24 hours’ notice.
Missed without notice
A private session missed without the required notice is not refunded or rescheduled.
For online AP groups, the school-closure and mid-month proration terms above apply.
Termination fees
Ending a package or group plan
The following fees apply when ending the corresponding package or plan. One-on-one package fees are the same for in-home and online tutoring.

One-on-one package refunds
We subtract hours already used at your package rate from the amount paid, apply the termination fee to the remaining credit, and refund the balance. The fee does not exceed the remaining credit, so you will not owe more after ending a one-on-one package.
Example: a $2,010 standard in-home package with 12 of 30 hours used has $1,206 remaining. After the $250 termination fee, the refund is $956.
